Instant Quick-Release Mechanism: Engineered for safety and speed, this snap features a smooth trigger-pull mechanism that allows for immediate detachment even under tension. Ideal for emergency releases in equestrian or marine environments.
Premium Solid Brass Construction: Forged from high-quality solid brass, this snap hook offers superior strength and a classic aesthetic. Unlike plated alternatives, it won’t chip or peel over time, ensuring long-term reliability.
360° Swivel Eye Design: The 3/4-inch swivel eye prevents ropes, straps, and leashes from tangling or twisting. This provides a full range of motion, making it perfect for lead ropes, pet leashes, and rigging.
Marine-Grade Corrosion Resistance: Naturally resistant to rust and saltwater corrosion, this hardware is built to withstand harsh outdoor elements. Use it confidently for boating, sailing, or any high-moisture application.
Versatile Heavy-Duty Utility: A must-have for DIYers and professionals alike. This “panic snap” is widely used for horse cross-ties, scuba diving gear, flagpoles, bag straps, and securing tactical equipment.
Whether you’re in the stable, on the deck of a boat, or out in the field, the BP 3/4″ Quick Release Swivel Eye Snap is designed to provide a secure connection that you can break instantly when needed. Known as a “panic snap,” its primary function is safety—allowing you to release a tethered animal or heavy load with a simple pull of the spring-loaded sleeve.
Stop replacing rusted or jammed hardware. Our snap hook is crafted from solid brass, offering a heavy-duty weight and feel that reflects its professional-grade quality. Brass is naturally spark-resistant and exceptionally durable against the wear and tear of daily use.
The 3/4-inch (19mm) swivel eye is sized perfectly for standard webbing, leather straps, or braided ropes. The integrated pull-tab (complete with a durable nylon lanyard) ensures you can find the release point even while wearing gloves or in low-light conditions.
